Furthermore, Mr. Fellerer is a high performer who continuously improves processes. He always tries to find weak spots early and does not only help finding quick solutions, but he also tries to find stable solutions to run in a good performance in future.

Azalia has been in the company since 2006, she started as production scheduler, she has been developing most of the positions in the Materials departments, mainly focused on Customer Service side and production scheduling.
She has shown a tremendous commitment with the company and is fully engaged with the new challenges JSS is facing now. All along the years she has been with JSS she has been achieving the goals and pushing very hard to become better not just among the company but with the customers as well.
One of the latest achievements that she has been working is the Ford Q1 award that Plant 1 just received this past Nov 17th. This has been a huge impact to the company as it’s a challenge that we have applied for almost 10 years, and finally because of the team effort lead by her we are now certified.
Currently she is now as a Production Scheduling and Customer Service Superintendent, her role is a key success factor to JSS. The flexibility of the new changes and the encouragement needed to perform at the highest levels is one of her skills, she has demonstrated superior capabilities to perform in the difficult environment we are experiencing now.

Ms Wang Hong successfully led CBU1 team to develop airbag for over 10 local OMEs, including ChangAn, GAC, Geely, Tesla, NIO, Xiao Peng, etc. and made good achievement for AB application engineering. In CY2021, team has over 60 running products per month and SOP products of 51pcs. Total sales amount is over 1.1 billion RMB. Team got good feedback from customers, such as receiving Thank Letters from NIO and Geely.
She successfully supported CPP to do layout analysis and technical communication during quotation period for about 100+ products, which is extremely helpful and important for wining projects. CBU1 won 52 new products in CY2021. The forecast sales amount is about 3.5 billion RMB.
She led and developed ability optimization projects and new tech application projects with ChangAn, and won 8 new tech cooperation projects finally. CBU1 is responsible for 4 new tech projects.
As Global PAB product owner, she successfully contributed China strength to global. Built China region PAB design guideline, recommended China knowledge to global core and defined in UDGL. Independently developed OT cushion with RDD 250Kpa and introduced this low cost design to global core. Pushed global core to accept HPAB and put in PAB global family. Led PAB global core team to update PAB UDGL and attended global core DR etc.
As senior manager, she successfully sustained team development. In CY2021, led team with average 24 AEs (AOP 27AEs) and kept key players stable. Focused on team echelon building, and actively trained one manager and one successor for managerial ability, developed two supervisors and several senior engineers with multi-product development ability.
Johann Gerbersdorf is the employee with the best high power hardware skills in the whole TT division of Preh Bad Neustadt. He designed and built the Bad Neustadt High power lab and supports the development of new High power projects like no other.
Rui Shen is extremely customer oriented and result driven, he is highly energized and engaged into all customer related issues. Furthermore, he is not only dedicating himself into customer service, but also lead cross function teams to meet even exceed customer expectations. He is proactively to identify customer needs and prepare for action plans to close the gap. One of his precious value to the company is not to struggled by structure silo and cross-function border but striving for the result to maximize business result and customer value by his extra efforts beyond sales job. By his efforts, JSS got biggest success at strategic account GWM in 2021, JSS is taking leading position on both new booking and sales revenue from 2021.
1. Penetrated GWM mass production business by significant revenue increase, revenue 2021 is 420m RMB by five times more comparing to 2020, JSS is supplying safety products to all GWM brands covering 6 car models.
2. Continue acquire market share at GWM rapidly, new booking 2021 is 686m RMB annualized revenue by new booking market share exceeding 50% with clear leading position.
3. Played a key role to support program team on successful new vehicle SOP, including A02/B02/P03, which will bring JSS around 400m RMB revenue annually.
4. Took lead and ownership on customer problem solving by high engagement and accountability including quality issues/logistics issues/development issues/etc., take initiative into internal cross fuction coordination towards higher customer satisfaction, annual customer satisfaction survey result of GWM refers to 88.89 which is among the highest performance cross China region.
On the last three years, the Painting Technicians team was "rebuilt" and Sérgio Cruz had the capacity to train this new team, giving them all the knowledge and tools needed to do their job autonomous and according our needs. Sérgio Cruz is always available to learn more and freely give his knowledge.
One of his tasks is to monitor the rejection of Paintshop with focus on reducing scrap and improving the painting process.
His contribution to continuous improvement is reflected in the various prehmium ideas he presents, including the creation of a chemical pumping center for the painting water treatment, in which Preh will have an annual savings of €16,500.
Ms. Silagan achieved the CY21 Model Employee Award for three consecutive quarters (January to September / October to December no result yet). (Model Employee means no unscheduled absence, no tardiness, no disciplinary action.)
Recently transferred from AB Components to Engineering to lead the department as interim head, showing the management's trust to Ms. Silagan. She is the only non-managerial employee to lead a department.
While in AB Components, Ms. Silagan led the team to improve the Quality and productivity.
